Table of Contents Not showing Headings

Even if I assign to each section of an article the appropriate ‘Paragraph format’ option (i.e. Normal/Heading2/Heading3/Heading4), the Table of Content on the article’s pdf shows only the main title of the article, but none of the headings within the article.
See for instance the article ‘Invoicing Jobs - Posting of Accruals’ (attached) in the folder For Internal Use / Freight – Int.
Could you please let me know what to do to make sure that all headings feature on the Table of Content ?

Paolo Ciuchini we addressed this issue in export PDF option in which users can view all the subheadings in TOC. This has been fixed as part our Feb release. Kindly check at once and let us know if any concerns. Thank you.
