Please refer the below image. Clicking on the three horizontal lines will open the Category tree.

Vidhya: Hi, I checked this on a mobile device and this button doesn't seem to do anything for me. This may be because we've hidden the page tree by default using CSS. Is that likely to be the case?

Liam Tanner: Yes, it could be due to the CSS that you have used to hide the page tree. Please try once again after removing the CSS.
